Charter Square
Site One is proposed to be two buildings on the eastern portion of what used to be the Raleigh Civic Center. The first building will rise fourteen stories above Fayetteville Street, hosting residences on the upper floors and a mix of various retail establishments at the street level. The second building will rise 20 stories and include 14 levels of offices, with residential condos on the additional six levels. Plans also include a rooftop pool area and underground parking.
